Purpose of processing

Paradigmshift Inc. processes information needed for the Platty marketing site, inquiries, analytics, and future product flows, as well as security and product improvement.

Information we process

We may process inquiry emails, browser information, access logs, analytics settings, and Firebase Analytics or Google Analytics online identifiers needed to operate the service.

Automatic collection and analytics

When Firebase Analytics and Google Analytics are used, analytics identifiers and storage follow consent policies, and restricted and unknown regions default to denied.

A stored user choice overrides the regional default.

Analytics preferences

Analytics preferences are stored in the platty.analyticsConsent localStorage key and can be changed at any time.

The platty.region cookie may be used for region detection.

Anonymous sessions

Firebase Anonymous Auth may be used only after notice when a feature needs user state.

Information not collected

Analytics events do not include emails, names, phone numbers, repository URLs, source code, prompts, tokens, or raw messages.

Legal basis

We process information based on consent, contract performance, legitimate interests, or legal obligations.

Retention

We delete information after the purpose is fulfilled unless retention is required by law.

Third-party sharing

We do not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent except as required by law.

Processors

We may use Vercel Hosting and Firebase/Google Analytics services from Vercel, Firebase, and Google to process information needed for service operation.

International transfer

Such cross-border processing and storage may occur through Vercel, Firebase, and Google infrastructure.

User rights

Users may request access, correction, deletion, processing suspension, or consent withdrawal.

Security measures

We apply reasonable protections including access controls, encryption, least privilege, and log review.

Children

We do not provide the service to children under 14.
