These terms explain the conditions for using the Platty website, CLI, and future service features.

Purpose

These terms define the rights and obligations of the company and users for Platty services.

Platty means the knowledge graph and related tools that connect code and business information.

Platty currently provides a marketing-site and preview nature website, CLI, documentation, inquiries, and future account features.

The service may include third-party services and links such as GitHub, Discord, Vercel, Firebase.

When account features are available, users must provide accurate information and manage access.

This phase does not provide web checkout or Firebase Anonymous Auth for marketing visit analytics.

The CLI runs locally, and users are responsible for repository access and analysis result management.

Users must validate AI output before production use.

Team plan, payment, and security conditions follow separate agreements or notices.

Users must not engage in unlawful use, rights infringement, security bypass, disruption, or abusive automated access.

Users must hold the rights and lawful authority for materials they upload or connect.

Rights in the service and website belong to the company or rightful owners.

Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.

We may change, suspend, restrict, or terminate service content for stable operation.

The service is provided as available and does not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, we limit liability for indirect and special damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are resolved by the competent court.

If the Korean terms conflict with a translated version, the Korean version controls.
